Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Data Analyst to join a high-performing analytics and process optimization team focused on improving organizational efficiency through data-driven insights, automation, and modern technologies such as GenAI.
This role involves designing and delivering impactful Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics products.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data transformations, and business logic using Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL.
• Create clear documentation for dashboards, datasets, metrics definitions, and data sources.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting, ensuring high adoption and usability of reporting tools.
• Continuously enhance reporting solutions by incorporating feedback and identifying optimization opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in data analytics / business intelligence roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• Microsoft Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
• Power Query (M Language)
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Solid proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, investment banking, or related domains.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI use cases and applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake (including Snowflake Cortex) is a plus.
