Solution/Enterprise Architect

Solution/Enterprise Architect Introduction: We are seeking an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Business, Solution, and Information Architecture to support large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain architecture artefacts (logical/data models), define technical and information architecture requirements, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Responsibilities: • Define solution structures, interfaces, and reusable components across applications, databases, and middleware. • Develop enterprise architecture deliverables, models, and documentation. • Lead architecture governance, reviews, and approvals. • Support feasibility studies, discovery phases, and solution design for digital credential initiatives. • Provide technical leadership in large, distributed environments and ensure performance, security, and integration standards. Requirements: Required Skills: • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, data modeling, and solution design. • Strong knowledge of middleware, databases, integration, and development tools (CASE tools). • Proven experience in large enterprise environments and architecture governance. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with Ontario Government EA frameworks, AODA standards, and digital credential ecosystems.
