What You Will Be Doing
• AI-Augmented Customer Resolutions: Examine escalated tickets routed from AI systems, deploy human judgment in domains where AI underperforms, then eliminate those gaps by refining the AI framework
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Spending two full months onboarding; you will need to achieve proficiency across multiple products within your first month (we recognize this expectation is demanding)
• Depending on management for assistance; if you cannot effectively self-unblock, this role will present significant challenges
Technical Support Specialist Key Responsibilities
• Combine technical human judgment with AI tooling to provide outstanding customer support, concentrating on intricate problems that AI cannot yet independently handle
Basic Requirements
• Minimum 3 years total experience in a technical customer support capacity
• Foundational coding ability for troubleshooting and bug resolution purposes
• Troubleshooting Skills: Clarifying complicated problems in accessible language, exhibiting deep problem comprehension, suggesting appropriate diagnostic tactics, offering multiple resolution options, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Must be located in a North or South American time zone
Working with us
Full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation level: $30 USD/hour, equivalent to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment period: weekly. Consult for more details.
