Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the company's compensation philosophy, strategy, and programs, including base salary, variable pay, and equity. Oversee the design, administration, and communication of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits. Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of compensation and benefits packages. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements. Partner with finance and executive leadership to develop and manage the HR budget related to compensation and benefits. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits, including FLSA, ERISA, and ACA. Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication materials to educate employees and managers about their total rewards. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure high-quality service and competitive pricing. Lead the annual salary review and bonus administration process, ensuring fairness and accuracy. Provide strategic guidance on executive compensation, sales incentive plans, and other specialized reward programs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in compensation and benefits practices. Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives and projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP/SCP) are highly desirable. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven expertise in designing and administering complex compensation structures (e.g., salary ranges, incentive plans, equity) and comprehensive benefits programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and HR metrics. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits. Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and modeling. Experience working in a **Hybrid** environment and collaborating with onsite and remote teams.
