Senior Manager, Cash Back Products & Product Excellence

Reporting to the Director, Consumer Proprietary Products, the Senior Manager, Cash Back Products & Product Excellence will manage our suite of Consumer Cash Back and Low-Rate products, as well as the ownership of the Product Excellence team. This Senior Manager will be playing a key role in the development and implementation of strategies and tactics that drive profitable portfolio growth. This role will require the successful candidate to implement and adapt the roadmap for the portfolio, leverage strong analytical skills to understand product performance, navigate and manage cross line of business relationships, and drive the flawless implementation of key initiatives that further the objectives for the portfolio. In the capacity of Product Excellence Management, this individual is responsible for identifying, implementing and measuring operational efficiencies to improve operational expenses and the product management experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for people leadership, creating and fostering an environment of inclusion, diversity, commitment, and creativity.
