Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a Software Application Developer to join their Implementation team. This is a customer-facing role supporting the configuration and delivery of workforce and crew planning software for airline clients.
This position combines hands-on technical development with client interaction, offering exposure to the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner directly with customers to gather requirements and understand business objectives
• Configure and customize crew planning and operations software using Python and a proprietary rule-based language
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and clearly communicate design decisions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and delivery efficiency
• Develop and execute automated test cases using a test-driven development approach
Compensation:
$110,000 – $130,000 CAD annually
