Drive customer-focused innovation as a Product Owner for Equinix’s Case Platform. This role requires deep Salesforce Service Cloud expertise and active participation in agile scrum teams. As a key player in the Lead-to-Cash transformation, you will embrace the case platform vision, focusing on fine-tuning the backlog and ensuring user stories align with strategic goals. Your responsibilities will bridge both internal and external case capabilities, ultimately enhancing customer interactions through solid platform solutions.
