Senior Financial Analyst ( Finacial servies / Investment)

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Services & Investments Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid) Years of Exp: 3 to 7 years A growing investment management organization is looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership while supporting financial reporting, planning & analysis, business expansion initiatives, and acquisition-related activities. This position is ideal for a CPA professional seeking broader exposure beyond traditional accounting and looking to contribute to a fast-growing, multi-entity environment. Responsibilities: • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting activities • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and executive reporting packages • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and business performance analysis • Analyze variances and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making • Participate in the preparation of financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP • Partner with external auditors and assist with audit requirements • Help strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes • Support acquisitions, entity integrations, and finance transformation initiatives • Work with multiple business entities and contribute to ongoing growth projects Requirements ✔ CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification ✔ 3–7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance ✔ Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting ✔ Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP standards ✔ Experience within Financial Services, Investments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or similar industries is preferred ✔ NetSuite experience is considered a strong asset ✔ Exposure to mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, or multi-entity reporting environments is advantageous
