Located in Milton, Ontario, Uline is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Associate for a full-time position from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. This role entails using advanced technology to process orders and resolve customer inquiries. Build meaningful connections while delivering Uline’s renowned service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders, make recommendations, and address inquiries
• Become well-versed in Uline products and solutions
• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and chat
• Understand and fulfill customers’ needs effectively
• Guide customers through the Uline website and ordering process
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
