Join Manulife's Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) PMO team and help deliver technology initiatives that support our business, employees, and customers.
Reporting to the Program Director, Network, Data Center, and End User Services, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects that improve technology services across the organization.
This role is ideal for a project management professional who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project activities, and helping drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with technology and business partners to support project planning, execution, communication, and delivery while building valuable experience across a broad range of technology initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage technology projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across business and technical teams to support successful delivery.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed.
• Prepare project updates and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Support issue resolution and help identify mitigation strategies when project challenges arise.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology partners to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of project management best practices.
• Support change management and transition activities associated with project implementations.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience managing or coordinating technology-related projects within a corporate, consulting, or technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify risks, track issues, and support project delivery activities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Experience preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications, or a willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, network, end-user technology, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,100.00 CAD - $136,100.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
