Workday Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Description We are looking to connect with an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead available for contract engagement. This role designs and executes the change management strategy for a complex, multi-year Workday program, supporting adoption and readiness across a large, multi-stakeholder organization. If you've led OCM on a major HCM transformation, we'd like to talk. What You'll Be Doing • Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations • Develop and oversee delivery of communications plans and materials • Design and support end-user training programs in collaboration with functional teams • Establish change champion networks across the organization • Monitor adoption metrics and readiness indicators • Support go-live readiness assessments and hyper-care planning What We're Looking For • 7+ years of change management experience on large-scale technology programs • Experience supporting ERP or HCM implementations as OCM lead • Prosci ADKAR or equivalent OCM certification • Proven experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans • Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills • Experience in multi-site or multi-organization program environments is an asset Affinity Earn Know someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles?
