As the Senior Product Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our ERP, data, and AI capabilities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for our customers. If you are a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!\n\nDevelop and lead the overall strategy for the FinTech Platform division, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop innovative solutions for our customers.\n\nIdentify market trends and opportunities in the FinTech industry and use this information to inform product development and strategy.\n\nDefine and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.\n\nConduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and behavior.\n\nCreate and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for product development.\n\nLead the development and launch of new products and features, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.\n\nMonitor and analyze product performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.\n\nManage the product budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support product development and growth.\n\nServe as a subject matter expert on FinTech, staying current with industry developments and trends.\n\nMentor and guide junior team members to foster their growth and development within the company.\n\nRepresent the company and the FinTech division in industry events, conferences, and meetings.\n\nCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.\n\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the FinTech division.
