s:
Data Discovery & Explorati
on:• Identify, collect, and assess relevant datasets from internal and external sources to support business objectiv
es.• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and anomali
es.• Validate data quality, integrity, and consistency, addressing issues through cleansing and preprocessi
ng.
SME Collaborat
ion:• Partner with SMEs across departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to understand business requirements and domain-specific challen
ges.• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights and refine data-driven soluti
ons.• Translate SME feedback into actionable data requirements and ensure alignment with analytical outp
uts.
Data Analysis & Repor
ting:• Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or sim
ilar.• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to derive insights that inform strategic decis
ions.• Present findings to stakeholders in clear, non-technical language, tailoring insights to audience n
eeds.
Process Improv
ement:• Identify opportunities to streamline data discovery processes and enhance data accessibility for
SMEs.• Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to support reproducibility and knowledge sh
aring.• Contribute to the development of data governance and best practices for data han
dling.
Must Have
Skills:• 3 - 4 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data mod
elling.• Proven track record of working with SMEs to deliver data-driven sol
utions.• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large da
tasets.• Experience with Python, R, or similar data analysis and visualization, such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and dashboard cr
eation.•Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud).• Spanish-speaking candidates ma

Nice-To-Have
Skills:• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, pipelines and ETL pr
ocesses.• Prior experience working in a regulated financial services or banking environment, supporting cloud migration or modernization init
iatives.• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques or machine learning funda
