Responsibilities for Customer Service Security Guard
•
Welcome visitors, verify ID, and provide directions
•
Control building access
•
Conduct foot patrols to identify risks
•
Check security equipment and report issues
•
Complete computer-based monitoring and reports
•
Respond to incidents and provide first aid
•
Write incident reports and communicate concerns
•
Answer questions in person and by phone
Qualifications for Customer Service Security Guard
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Must be able to commit to the full-time schedule for Monday to Friday from 12AM-8AM
• Must have a valid WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or concierge role
