Customer Service Representative – Inbound & Outbound Calls

Location: 1431 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Schedule: Day shift Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with questions, follow-ups, and general support. You will be speaking with customers, providing information, and helping create a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous software or IT knowledge is not required. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and support • Assist customers with questions about orders, products, and services • Provide clear and accurate information • Record customer notes and update information properly • Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally • Support day-to-day customer service tasks as needed Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills in English • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone • Good listening and problem-solving skills • Friendly, patient, and professional attitude • Organized and responsible • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Able to manage tasks in a busy work environment • Preferred Qualifications • Previous customer service or call handling experience is an asset • Retail or sales experience is helpful • Basic knowledge of electronics is an asset, but not required Training Training will be provided for the right candidate.
