Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning & Talent Management Consultant

Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning & Talent Management Consultant Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension) We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Learning & Talent Management Consultant to join a high-impact implementation project in Canada. Key Requirements: 7–8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience 2–3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Learning and Talent Management modules Strong functional expertise in configuring and deploying Learning and Talent solutions Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions Ability to support workshops, testing, user training, and go-live activities Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills Experience working in large enterprise environments preferred If you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please share your updated resume @jagrut@wiseskulls.com
