Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst

TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst Job Description This is a 9 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (3 days/ week) Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 10+ years of experience as a lead BA or PM in the Future clearing domain at FCM or Broker capacity. 2) Strong working knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives and Futures Operations lifecycle, including impacts across middle office, collateral & margin, settlements, clearing, reconciliations, and controls. Nice-To-Have Skills: 1)Experience in Project or change delivery working for an FCM (Future Clearing Merchant) or Clearing house such as CME, ICE, LCH, OCC. 2)Experience with vendor/third-party coordination and integration testing. Soft Skills Required: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong facilitation skills to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and align priorities across multiple teams. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
