Collaborate with other departments to support the successful rollout of new products and services. Requirements Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Thorough understanding of banking products, services, regulations, and operational best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
