About this role
We are seeking a Test QA Embedded Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including hardware design, systems engineering, software development, and program management—to ensure the delivery of high-quality embedded products for global markets. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, validating embedded firmware, and evaluating protection relay and networking products from a customer-centric perspective. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilitie
• s:Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for embedded software (firmware) features and system
• s.Perform verification and validation (V&V) activities, including functional, integration, and application-level testin
• g.Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and bug fixes do not introduce defect
• s.Analyze system behavior, capture logs, and troubleshoot application crashes or unexpected result
• s.Document, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring timely resolution and closur
• e.Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategies, QA methodologies, and processes based on defined metric
• s.Validate communication protocols and networking functionality in embedded system
• s.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements, test coverage, and product qualit
• y.Provide technical insights and propose solutions to improve product performance and reliabilit
