Senior VP of People & Culture at YWCA BC

Steer organizational change with YWCA BC as the Senior Vice President of People, Culture & Equity. Drive forward-thinking strategies in a hybrid model focused on equity. This critical role involves oversight of all human resources and organizational development functions while aligning with YWCA BC's mission. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will integrate people systems that advance an inclusive workplace culture. Your leadership will encourage adherence to feminist values and navigate Truth and Reconciliation commitments. Key Responsibilities: • Shape enterprise-wide HR and equity initiatives • Support labor relations and volunteer services • Drive cultural change aligned with organization’s values • Ensure regulatory compliance in employment practices • Foster alignment with collective goals and priorities Requirements: • At least 10 years in executive leadership • Deep commitment to anti-oppressive practices • Knowledge of human rights and compliance regulations • Extensive experience in organizational change • Background in non-profit or public sectors preferred Lead the evolution of YWCA BC through inclusive and equitable people strategies that support the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
