Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of senior and junior consultants
• Drive performance via detailed planning and accountability checks

• Identify and expand opportunities in current accounts
• Ensure high standards in delivery and client management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in recruitment or B2B
• Strong track record in team development and performance improvement
