As the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing online sales operations and digital marketing strategies in this full-time position. Your responsibilities include managing customer service across multiple touchpoints, optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and website functionality
• Manage inbound customer inquiries in English and French
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics
• Lead SEO and social media management initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4–7 years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Proven skills in managing online sales channels
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
