Project Manager
Vancouver Sign Group is a leader in the sign and printing industry in BC.
We offer a full‑service experience from concept to installation. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects through production to installation completion.
Responsibilities
• Attend take‑off meetings with sales, production and installation managers.
• Coordinate with design/pre‑press team and clients to determine project requirements.
• Lead the project through production, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, on budget and to top quality.
• Process city permits and engineering, if required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, general contractors, electricians and other trades.
• Create detailed work orders using the workflow software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from final sale to installation completion.
Qualifications
• Computer literate and proficient with Adobe PDF, Excel and the CRM/workflow software.
• Excellent eye for detail; capable of troubleshooting material and electrical requirements.
• Driver's license and ability to perform site visits and client meetings.
• Strong people skills, friendly, outgoing and genuine, with the ability to build relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Experience in the sign and print industry, or a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
