SFA / Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Job Description • Responsibilities: Direct the day to day production activities to ensure quality parts are produced which meet specifications and meet or exceed the customer's requirements. Track all shop jobs to ensure on budget. Schedule jobs through shop to maintain on time delivery to customer. Manage shop consumables and shop supplies to minimize cost while maintaining product quality. Recruit and hire and supervise shop employees. Coordinate maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Conduct any safety investigations and prepare reports. Qualifications • Requirements: 10+ years' experience in a commercial machining shop. Machinist Certificate of Qualification. 3 years' experience in supervisory or management capacity.
