Job ID: #: 26-17275 Job Title: Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON(Onsite) Duration: 12 Months (possible extension) Client: Public Sector Pay Rate: CAD $90-$95 per hour Must Have: • Experience delivery in a tight deadline and high-pressure environment • Strong communication skills, leading and hands-on exp. • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex, multi-phase projects in a regulated or public sector environment. • Proven ability to meet project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, especially on multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects, multi-stakeholder engagements. • Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or deliverables. Roles and Responsibilities: Product Management Experience: • Proven experience in product planning and lifecycle management. • Skilled in defining and executing product vision and strategy. • Ability to gather and prioritize customer and business requirements. • Proficient in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps. • Experience with OPS project assessments (e.g., TRA, PIA) and financial analysis for multi-year projects. • Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million budget projects, including stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and scope control. • Expertise in formulating business and technical requirements, solving business problems, and defining product visions and goals. • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams for product delivery. Technical, Deployment and Project Integration Skills: • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. • Skilled in managing project life cycles using tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Kanban, and Azure DevOps. • Proficiency with online collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Trello, Office 365, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.
