As an HRIS Business Analyst, you’ll be integral to the People Systems team, enabling them to expand Workday functionalities. Responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders in People & Culture, documenting business needs, and facilitating workshops. Your insights will guide process improvements and future-state designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and document current-state processes
• Assist in mapping processes and conducting gap analysis
• Support Workday system enhancements and improvements
• Engage with People Systems to improve documentation accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst
• Experience in HR, People & Culture, or HRIS roles
• Strong skills in facilitation and interviewing
• Exposure to Workday or comparable HR systems
• Proven ability to document workflows precisely
