Ideal candidates will possess expertise in HR principles, have a CHRP designation or be working towards it, and exhibit strong bilingual communication skills. Emphasize employee welfare while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and monitor employee files effectively
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
• Manage payroll and track employee hours
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• CHRP designation or progression toward it
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in French and English
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
