Medical Office Administrator & Medical Pediatric Clinical Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Administrator and Pediatric Clinical Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within our medical practice, providing exceptional patient care coordination, and supporting clinical staff. The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement and requires a professional with strong administrative skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, and experience in pediatric healthcare settings. Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling multi-line phone systems • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information, and collecting co-pays • Coordinate pediatric clinical activities, including preparing exam rooms and assisting providers during patient visits • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards (HIPAA) • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to patient care • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient clinic flow and patient satisfaction • Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure clinical areas are clean and organized Experience • Prior experience in a medical office setting, preferably in pediatrics or dental practice • Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Dentrix • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards • Experience working as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant in a healthcare environment • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software • Previous dental office experience or dental receptionist background is a plus but not required • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently while providing excellent patient service Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits • Dental care • Extended health care • On-site parking • Paid time off Work Location: In person
