Key Responsibilities
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and refine business requirements.
• Content Strategy: Define and manage content frameworks, governance models, and editorial guidelines.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Content Management: Oversee creation, curation, and publishing of digital content across platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business teams, technical teams, and content creators.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and accessibility standards.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide analytics on content performance and recommend dataâ€`driven improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Content Lead in digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, WordPress, or SharePoint.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable content strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and digital analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise content platforms (e.g., Pantheon, Acquia).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in UX writing or digital marketing.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Content Strategy.
