Position: Senior SSIS Developer Employment Type: Long term Location: Montreal, QC Hybrid : 4 days office , 1 day work from home Client : Banking What is the Opportunity? As a Database Developer, you’ll architect data pipelines, optimize SQL Server environments, and enable real-time analytics for structured finance products. Your work will directly support end to end securitization workflows , and deal execution workflows. What Will You Do? Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and SSIS packages for securitization analytics. Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL pipelines for market data, risk metrics, and audit trails. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global regulatory standards Tune query performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and maintain high-availability database environments. Partner with .NET and UI teams to integrate data solutions into end-to-end securitization platforms. In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide. What Do You Need to Succeed? 8+ years of experience with SQL Server, and SSIS. Expertise in database design, normalization, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Knowledge of financial data models (e.g., time-series data, risk attributes). About Iris Software Inc.
