The Role:
The Now Agency is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive net-new revenue growth across influencer marketing and social media agency of record engagements.. This is an individual contributor role focused on originating, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
This role is designed for someone with an existing network of brand-side marketing decision-makers and a proven ability to sell influencer marketing programs and social media agency engagements. The ideal candidate operates with urgency, owns the full sales lifecycle, and is comfortable building pipeline through both existing relationships and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full new business lifecycle from prospecting through close
• Leverage an existing book of business and network to generate immediate pipeline
• Proactively source, qualify, and develop new opportunities through outbound efforts
• Lead all client communications including outreach, discovery, pitch development, and negotiation
• Sell integrated influencer marketing programs and social media agency of record engagements
• Partner with internal Strategy and Client Services teams to shape proposals and scopes of work
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends across influencer marketing, social, and the creator economy
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 4+ years of experience in agency new business, sales, or client development roles
• Proven track record of closing net-new business in influencer marketing and or social media services
• Existing relationships with brand-side marketing leaders across enterprise or high-growth brands
• Strong ability to independently generate pipeline through both network and outbound efforts
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social media ecosystems
• Comfortable owning deals end-to-end, including prospecting, pitching, and closing
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
