Banking & Financial Services Associate — Toronto

Join a national business law team in Toronto as an associate focusing on complex banking and financial services work. The role offers exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing matters and collaborative work with major financial institutions and corporate borrowers. Day-to-day matters include syndicated and asset-based lending, securitization, project finance and derivatives-related transactions.
