Product Consultant – Recruitment Digitization (Workday)

Location: FCP (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite, open to remote flexibility)

• T4 - $56.28

What You’ll Do
• Own and execute regression testing for Workday Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring system integrity across cross-platform changes
• Support governance-driven updates (privacy, compliance, candidate communications) ensuring audit readiness and regulatory alignment
• Validate, refine, and manage Workday change requests in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, testable, and scalable solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts of system changes
• Support root cause analysis and contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to roadmap planning (annual and multi-year) for recruitment technology
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using structured elicitation techniques
• Partner with stakeholders to align business goals with system capabilities
• Ensure high-quality documentation, test planning, and solution validation
• Collaborate across HR, technology, and vendor teams to deliver enhancements
• Apply Agile and iterative delivery practices to improve speed and efficiency of releases
• Provide analytical insights to support recruitment technology and process optimization
What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Consulting, or QA/Testing roles
• Strong hands-on experience with system testing (UAT, regression, integration testing)
• Experience working in HR systems or recruitment platforms (Workday preferred)
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Financial Services or Banking
• Familiarity with data, Microsoft tools, SharePoint, and relational systems
• Workday Pro Certification (asset)
