About this role

Elevate employee experience at Vital Infrastructure as Director of Employee Experience and Culture. This senior role focuses on developing impactful people strategies across global operations. As part of the People & Culture team, you will lead efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. Your ability to manage employee relations and provide hands-on support will ensure a compliant and quality-focused environment for employees in multiple jurisdictions.
