Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of major healthcare projects valued at $100M+. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who has managed large-scale projects from pre-construction through to completion and enjoys leading high-performing teams. This position offers a clear pathway to a Project Director role in the near future for the right individual. What You'll Be Responsible For • Leading major healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through to occupancy and handover. • Managing project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client relationships. • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance. • Providing leadership and mentoring to Project Managers, Coordinators, and site teams. • Managing procurement strategies and subcontractor negotiations. • Overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, cost control, and change management. • Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. • Ensuring quality assurance, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders. • Driving successful project close-out, commissioning, and deficiencies management. What We're Looking For • 10+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry. • Proven experience delivering large healthcare projects valued at $100M+ from start to finish. • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or large General Contractor is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of healthcare construction, complex scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional project delivery standards. • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
