We offer custom website design, brand development, PPC, and social strategies—tailored to clinics launching, expanding, or rebranding for growth About the role: We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to support and grow a portfolio of clients across the MedSpa, cosmetic, aesthetics, and private-pay healthcare sectors. This is not a traditional “campaign coordinator” role. We are looking for a performance-minded operator who can combine digital marketing expertise with strong client communication, problem-solving, and operational accountability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate understands how to connect campaign performance to real business outcomes including lead quality, conversion performance, client retention, and account growth. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 active client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment. • Develop, execute, optimize, and troubleshoot multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, paid social, email, and lead generation funnels. • Analyze campaign performance beyond surface-level metrics, including lead flow, funnel performance, conversion quality, cost efficiency, and ROI. • Translate performance insights into actionable optimization strategies and clear client recommendations. • Partner closely with Paid Ads Specialists, designers, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify performance gaps, improve conversion outcomes, and resolve campaign issues. • Lead weekly client meetings and deliver biweekly reporting with confident, professional, and consultative communication. • Manage client expectations proactively while building long-term trust and retention. • Support upsell and account growth opportunities through strategic marketing recommendations and strong client relationships. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal marketing workflows, reporting processes, operational systems, and team best practices. • Thrive in a fast-moving, highly accountable, performance-oriented environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs. What We’re Looking For: • 3–6 years of hands-on digital marketing or performance marketing experience. • Strong experience managing multiple SMB client accounts simultaneously in an agency or high-volume client services environment. • Proven track record running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable business impact. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. • Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to confidently navigate performance discussions, difficult conversations, and evolving client expectations. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, paid media, customer success, and sales teams. • Highly organized, operationally minded, and proactive with strong follow-through. . Nice to Have: • Experience in medspa, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, healthcare, wellness, or private-pay healthcare marketing. • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms such as HubSpot or ChurnZero. • Familiarity with landing page optimization, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications. • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments. • Interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization. Ideal Candidate Profile: • The ideal candidate is equal parts performance marketer, client strategist, and operational problem-solver.
