Agilus is recruiting for an Engineering Manager - Products in the financial services industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario. Our client is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an Engineering team within a high-growth digital banking platform. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable products and features that help small businesses get paid faster and manage cash flow with confidence. You will guide technical strategy, unify revenue and accounts receivable capabilities, and lead a team delivering simple, intuitive payment experiences with real business impact.
