About this role

Elevate HR strategies with Norton Rose Fulbright as an HR & Talent Manager in Toronto. Oversee HR operations, team management, and national initiatives in a hybrid work model. As the HR & Talent Manager, you'll collaborate with local and national teams while leading the HR unit in Toronto. This leadership role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. You'll ensure processes are efficient, addressing employee concerns and managing both voluntary and involuntary departures efficiently.
