Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR Technology and Operations functions
• Develop and execute HR technology roadmap
• Assess and implement HRIS platforms
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization
• Manage large-scale HRIS migrations and integrations
Requirements:
• 7+ years in HR Technology and HR Operations
• Proven leadership in high-performing teams
• Extensive HRIS implementation experience
• Knowledge of platforms like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
