Join Propel's innovative team as a Customer Representative, a key role in a fast-paced fintech environment. Engage with customers, troubleshoot inquiries, and assist with loan applications for a seamless service experience. As a Customer Representative at Propel, you will thrive in a vibrant and entrepreneurial organization. You should exhibit a strong background in customer service and have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, with Spanish as a plus. Your ability to navigate multiple web-based applications will allow you to review customer loan applications and generate new leads through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls • Use web applications for loan investigation and verification • Review and verify loan applications for eligibility • Answer inquiries with accuracy and urgency • Generate leads and set up new accounts over the phone Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience • Strong verbal and written skills in English; Spanish is an asset • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet • Able to manage high call volumes and prioritize tasks Elevate customer service and help Propel in building financial opportunities as a Customer Representative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
