Customer Support & Production Assistant

Love to talk music and merch? Have an aptitude for graphic design? Know your way around a Windows operating system? If you’re saying yes, yes, and yes, we want you working in our Toronto office! We have an entry level position for Customer Support & Production Assistant currently open. You would be assisting us in organizing incoming orders, preparing audio and artwork files, and answering customer questions. This is an on-site position in our Scarborough, Ontario office. Responsibilities • Organize and modify incoming orders. • Pre-flight artwork and verify specifications for various audio and artwork files. • Be the friendly face of Duplication.com! Handle customer inquiries over email, live chat, phone calls, and walk-ins. • Quality control of audio cassettes and products. Requirements • Excellent grasp of the English language, written and spoken. Additional languages considered an asset. • Graphic design software skills • General computer skills. You will be trained on certain software, but generally speaking you should be comfortable on a desktop computer, and be able to Google things you’re not sure of. • Previous customer relations experience. • Driver’s license considered an asset. • Know your stuff! Not many jobs out there will be taking your knowledge of lo-fi hip hop cassettes or your time in various D-beat bands into consideration (at least not favourably!)
