As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. You must also be comfortable to learn to operate Forklift Trucks. Duties: - Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with order placement. - Process customer payments and update account information - Manage course registrations, including processing applications and ensuring accurate records. - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues - Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Support course instructors with materials preparation, scheduling and conducting classes. - Update and maintain the course database with participant information. - Experience with Social Media is an asset. - Assist with cleanliness of the training facility. - Must be comfortable to learn how to operate forklift trucks. Requirements: - Fluent in English; bilingual in any other language is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
