Job Summary:
The Omni Platform Enablement Lead, Canada, will be a critical driver in maximizing the adoption, proficiency, and value of Omnicom's proprietary Omni operating system across our Canadian agencies and client teams. This role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing support, and acting as a subject matter expert to ensure our users are empowered to leverage Omni effectively for enhanced client solutions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs (in-person, virtual, self-paced modules) for various user groups and skill levels within the Canadian market.
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, user guides, FAQs, video tutorials, and best practice documentation tailored to Canadian market needs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and evolving user requirements.
• Onboard new users and provide ongoing refresher training as Omni evolves.
• Provide Omni pitch support for new business needs.
User Support & Advocacy:
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for Omni-related queries and support requests from Canadian users.
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and guidance to help users navigate the platform and solve specific challenges.
• Champion the benefits and capabilities of Omni, fostering a culture of adoption and continuous learning.
• Gather user feedback and insights to inform platform enhancements and future training initiatives.
Platform Enablement & Optimization:
• Collaborate closely with global Omni product teams, local agency leadership, and client business leads to understand strategic priorities and ensure Omni usage aligns with business objectives.
• Monitor Omni adoption rates and user engagement within Canada, identifying areas for improvement and proactive intervention.
• Facilitate the integration of Omni into existing workflows and processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with local Business Transformation, Operations and End to End Workflow leads to ensure Omni is integrated into day to day workflows.
• Stay informed about new Omni features, updates, and best practices, integrating them into training and support.
Communication & Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual users to senior leadership, regarding Omni updates, training schedules, and success stories.
• Work with Omni console leads and technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in global Omni enablement forums and share Canadian market insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
• 3-5+ years of experience in a training, enablement, product specialist, or similar role, preferably within the advertising, media, or marketing technology industry.
• Experience in distilling complex technical explanations into easy to digest presentations or explanations.
• Proven capability to understand data technology, audience segmentation, identity graphing solutions, cloud infrastructure warehousing, etc.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and strong proficiency with a platform like the Omnicom Omni platform.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
