Payments Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Payments Business Analyst to join their team. As a Payments Business Analyst, you will be part of the Payments Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payments Business Analyst Location: Toronto, ONTARIO – Fully Remote Pay Range: $80 What's the Job? • Support the analysis, design, and delivery of payment-related business processes and systems. • Bridge business needs and technology solutions by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and aligned with standards. • Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and support decision-making in a complex government environment. • Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement and user story validation.
