Key Responsibilities: • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines in Snowflake for reporting • Integrate data from various HR and payroll systems • Create efficient models for reporting on HR metrics • Work with HRIS and Payroll teams to develop data solutions • Validate data quality and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements: • Background in data engineering or HR analytics • Proficient in SQL and some experience with Python • Direct experience with Snowflake data platform • Knowledge of HR systems like UKG or ADP • Familiarity with data modeling principles
