The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:Reporting to the AVP, FCRM Governance and Control, the Senior Manager will be accountable for aligning FCRM's oversight program to support the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of a regulatory compliance management program that is based upon and consistent with OSFI's E-13 Guideline. This role provides leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Compliance to OSFI guideline E13. The general accountabilities of this role include but are not limited to contributing to the following:Reviews of various Enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Frameworks, standards, policies, and guidelines drafted to align with the requirements of OSFI Guideline E13Participation in the development of a new Compliance risk assessment methodology aligned to OSFI Guideline E13 requirementsParticipation in the development of a new testing and monitoring standard aligned to OSFI Guideline E13 requirementsParticipation in the development and implementation of a new enterprise regulatory change standardOverseeing the development of FCRM specific policies and procedures to support the RCM programDevelopment of communication and training for FCRM colleagues as requiredOverseeing the migration and mapping of relevant laws, rules and regulations (LRR's) into TD's common data repositoryCUSTOMEROversee a function of enterprise FCRM Program professionals providing oversight and control related advisory services to FCRM partnersProvide strategic direction on a broad and diverse range of complex global FCRM program activitiesDevelop FCRM enterprise-wide frameworks, policies, standards, procedures in coordination with management in line with TD's FCRM ProgramWork with executive team, senior business management/ partners to develop proactive strategies, tactics, policies and programs to effectively manage regulatory/ compliance issuesContribute to the development and implementation of enterprise FCRM programs related to all aspects of FCRM legislationMeet with business (FCRM) partners and leaders to determine FCRM strategies and compliance cultureTake corrective action and recommend or implement changes to procedures, as requiredLead role in managing and in responding to periodic exams/ audits and various regulatory bodies related to accountabilitiesParticipate in / lead enterprise-wide or FCRM-focused special projectsOversee research, development and implementation of new processes, technologies or operating modelsWork autonomously as the leader of the team and assist with development of group policies and approval of procedures in coordination with leadership team and colleagues;
