About this role

The Data Analyst II will collaborate with the GREO team and cross-functional groups across to support reporting, data quality, and analytics initiatives. This role involves managing Anaplan reporting, developing automated data pipelines, delivering management reporting, and supporting compliance and contract-related reporting. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency across GRE datasets and technology applicatins. Key Responsibilities • Support migration of existing reports and control documents into Anaplan • Assist with user testing, validation, and parallel run support • Prepare user guides, training materials, and enablement documentation • Collaborate with the Anaplan Centre of Excellence to test, maintain, and enhance the environment • Develop automated data pipelines between Anaplan and enterprise systems (e.g., data lake, Yardi, VTS, PowerBI) • Management Reporting • Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting and fund-level portfolio analytics Required Qualifications • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or related roles • Advanced proficiency in Anaplan (Model Builder designation is an asset) • Strong SQL skills, including query optimization • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred) • Proficiency in Python libraries • Proficiency in data modeling (DAX, Power Query/M) Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with real estate systems (Yardi, VTS) • Ability to translate complex models into simple terms • Strong knowledge of data modeling and reporting automation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and governance #J-18808-Ljbffr
