SAP Mini Master & CATS (Time Entry) Functional Lead Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start Date: June 26, 2026 Duration: Jan 29, 2027 Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Remote Travel - N/A Languages: English Rate: $130-170/hr • The SAP S/4HANA CATS Time Entry & HR Mini Master Functional Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of time entry (SAP CATS) and SAP HR mini master data capabilities within the S/4HANA landscape. This role serves as the functional subject matter expert, defining standardized end-to-end time capture processes and lightweight workforce master data structures that support cost allocation, project tracking, and financial reporting. • The lead ensures alignment with finance, project systems, and upstream HR platforms (e.g., Workday or SuccessFactors), while driving integration design and maintaining consistency of data across systems. • In addition, the role is accountable for ensuring solution quality, governance, and compliance by defining controls for time entry, approvals, and master data management in line with audit (SOX) requirements. • The Functional Lead executes and oversees system configuration (CATS profiles, validations, approvals), leads design workshops, and supports testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and defect resolution. • Success in the role is measured by delivering intuitive, standardized time entry processes, establishing high-quality and governed SAP HR mini master data, enabling seamless integration with finance and project reporting, and ensuring a strong audit and control posture. • You must CURRENTLY reside in Canada • We do not subcontract. • No Agencies.
