SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end background check process for global candidates
• Coordinate with candidates and third-party vendors
• Review and adjudicate screening results for discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Support audits, investigations, and reporting
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Talent Acquisition teams
• Assist with process improvements and special projects
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
• Experience with background screening and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of compliance and employment regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SOFT SKILLS:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
