Legal Counsel for Private Markets in Toronto

Join a leading global investment management platform in Toronto as a Legal Counsel, focusing on private debt transactions within a hybrid work model. This role involves legal support on critical investment matters. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to cover maternity leave on a 6-month contract, starting August 2026. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in private debt, leveraged finance, or private equity transactions. You will collaborate with investment professionals and provide essential legal guidance in a sophisticated financial environment.
